Our client was experiencing major problems, extensive leaks and disruption of services to the hotel due to a degraded Polypropylene pipe installed throughout the building. Our team was contracted to install a new 100m 108mm Hot Water Flow Copper Pipe adjacent to the existing one without impacting the operation of the Hotel.

All works were planned and delivered by our directly employed Gas and Commercial Plumbing team over 4 weeks working in partnership with Premier Inn ensuring that their Guest experience was unaffected and maintaining service standards. Our team was able to complete the installation minimising each day the number of hotel rooms that were out of commission whilst creating access routes keeping any disruption to a minimum.  Throughout the project, we ensured that over 80% of the Hotel Rooms were available for use.

On completion of our installation works, our team also completed any associated redecoration works throughout the hotel plus replacing the Ground Floor corridor subfloor and carpets.
